His dam, Ducinda is a full sister to HM extra who is competing internationally with Olivier Philippaerts. A very exciting combination of bloodlines.

The Holsteiner bred stallion Berlin, has an impressive list of international achievements. Winning the Team Gold medal at the WEG in Aachen in 2006 with his rider Gerco Schröder is one of the highlights. Berlin and Gerco finished sixth individually. They were also part of the Gold Medal Team in Mannheim in 2007 at the European Championships. His offspring show that they have inherited his quality for showjumping. His son, Zerlin M out of Tatjana Bo (by Concorde) is jumping currently at 1.55m with Marlon Modolo Zanotelli and was successful with Jos Lansink at 1.55m. Others who are competing at the highest level: Caspar 232 out of Pagrada (by Padarco van ‘t Hertsveld) is jumping at 1.60m with Emanuele Gaudiano, Basic out of Janien (by Dutchboy) 1.60m with Guy Williams. Concorde comes from very strong jumping lines on both sides. Sire of this stallion, who in jumping circles is known as Olympic Concorde, is the impressive dominant breeding stallion Voltaire, who via his sire Furioso II and Gotthard is bred to perform. Voltaire is the number 2 in the World Breeding Rankings for Showjumping Sires in 1996. Voltaire, through the performances of his offspring, stands very high in both the dressage and jumping indexes. Due to his high ranking position, Voltaire was given the ‘keur’ and ‘preferen’ predicates at a very early age. Concorde’s dam, Flyer, is by the legendary Marco Polo, one of the most influential Dutch stallions in breeding.

Heartbreaker was declared ‘Preferent’ in 2009 because of his successful offspring in the international scene. Heartbreaker himself was successful at Grand Prix level with Peter Geerink and is now placed number 6 on the WBFSH-ranking for jumping sires. His influence in worldwide breeding is enormous. In the KWPN-studbook he has already 9 approved sons and 14 approved grandsons. In the international scene many of his offspring are competing at the highest level.

Himself, he has the best nature anyone could wish for in a stallion. He is super easy to handle and a really lovely boy in absolutely every way. He has great bone and a lovely head. His jump is effortless, with a lovely flashy trot and a massive uphill canter.

I could not be more excited to see what he produces with my mares.

He will be standing at stud to a very select few mares in 2020.
